At Hudson & Harper, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate the return process, please contact us at support@hudson-haper.comm. Returns must be sent to the appropriate address, which may vary by region. We will provide detailed instructions and the correct return address via email.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. We recommend using an insured shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
In some cases, we offer free size exchanges. If the item you ordered does not fit, email us, and we will check for available options. For exchanges involving color, variant, or product changes, you will need to return the original item and make a new purchase.
Order Cancellations
Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accommodated, as our warehouse processes orders automatically, and shipping labels are created within 12 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then return it according to our return policy.
In certain cases, we may be able to change details such as the shipping address, size, or variant before the package is shipped. If you notice an issue, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@hudson-haper.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. To qualify for this return right, the item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@hudson-haper.com for further assistance.
